Classes will start at 8:00 AM Monday, July 23rd and will conclude by 12:00 PM Friday, July 27th.
Join us as we dive deep into the Food and Nutrition Science Curriculum a project-based approach to teaching students about food science and nutrition. We’ll spend the week exploring the content, lab activities, and how it all connects to the essential elements of project-based learning in a collaborative environment that will provide opportunities to learn from one another.
Registration Fee is $1600 and will cover meals, lodging, and supplies for the week.
