Supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) through our approach to learning solutions, the clients we work with, and our actions as a team and as individuals, is essential to our purpose of building other’s capacity to do good in the world. We pursue and engage in practices that seek out and celebrate diverse experiences, backgrounds, and ideas. As a company, we believe this work aligns closely with our values and celebrates authenticity and belonging. We have partnered with Woods & Watts Effect to build individual growth plans and have developed a companywide education plan to continuously improve on our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
We believe that a safe, inclusive, accessible, and equitable environment in which to learn, grow, belong, and take action that enriches their lives and those around them are fundamental human rights.
