Walk the Talk - 2025 Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Award

We spend our days helping organizations find better ways to train, support and develop people. We think we’re pretty good at it. Last week we were recognized for taking our own advice and finding better ways to support the people that work here. 

Vivayic earned a 2025 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award for Best Use of Performance Support.  

What is “performance support” you ask? It is a workplace-learning program that provides information and help at the point of need to aid performance. It’s the companion to training; you learn the “why” and “how” in the training but there’s no way to recall everything after the training is over and you do your job. That’s where performance support comes in: it’s a tool that helps remind you what to do just when you need it.   

To support performance, we developed a suite of Playbooks—structured yet flexible guides that incorporate templates, step-by-step guidance, and links to examples. We have role-specific playbooks, process playbooks, and skill-specific playbooks so team members can find just what they need when they need it.  

When you have dozens of uber-talented people working across multiple time zones across multiple projects, you need to make sure they have what they need to succeed. We are proud to be recognized for walking the talk.
