In response to evolving industry needs, Meat Institute partnered with Vivayic to develop and deploy a comprehensive training solution focused on Listeria control for frontline leaders across meat and poultry processing plants. While existing in-person programs supported food safety leaders, the industry lacked a consistent, accessible learning experience for supervisors and operational teams responsible for day-to-day implementation.

Vivayic worked in parallel to design engaging, practical eLearning and identify a scalable platform that could quickly reach thousands of learners across hundreds of companies. The result was the Foundations of Listeria Control program, delivered through Vivayic’s Cultivate platform, providing an accessible, high-impact learning experience that strengthened food safety practices and expanded industry collaboration.
