The American Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture’s mission is to build awareness, understanding and a positive perception of agriculture through education. In 2012, AFBFA was seeking a partner to provide additional capacity, resource development, and thought partnership with them in this space. A notable relationship was formed between Vivayic and AFBFA, and their work henceforth has sought to empower AFBFA volunteers, parents, and teachers with tools to enlighten students to where their food comes from.

South Dakota Department of Labor & Regulation

Division of Workforce Development

The South Dakota Department of Labor & Regulation sees the regular positive benefits and outcomes experienced by a student who completes a Registered Apprenticeship, or RA. However, teachers and students in South Dakota were seeking a tool to help them learn about new RA opportunities, which provide a foundational understanding of apprenticeships available within individual communities. Leaning on Vivayic ‘s expertise in the K-12 and career and technical education space, the South Dakota Department of Labor & Regulation built customized teacher and student playbooks to meet their learning needs.
